Simplified workspace
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate different departments to solve customer queries while ensuring that we can keep the basic functions that come with Zendesk for day-to-day uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of email domains is still a challenge but once that can be figured out then it becomes more sufficient to utilize daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forwarder for Zendesk is bridging the organization's gaps by resolving customer queries and responding to customers much more quickly. This enhances the level of service the organization gives to better benefit existing customers.

Zendesk is an efficient and easily accessible tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Zendesk makes it easy when receiving replies as they are directed back to the ticket. It also has cool features that allow you to link different tickets that belong to one user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally can not see anything wrong with the way forwarder for zendesk works as it always get the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improves productivity and this helps drive more sales in a smaller amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Zendesk makes communication much more easier, if you contact the seller or the line happens to disconnect. You can easily send an email back to the seller.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is a system issue, it does not immediately update the ticket and we end up duplicating ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing busy sellers who are always at work and do not have time to answer their calls an update on the sale of their vehicle and the progress of the sale. This is done by sending them emails
Messages in an instant
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to receive messages instantly and being able to use Macros is a time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Images and other attachments somtimes take time to come through via Zendesk
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zendesk is making it easy to communicate with other customers via an instant messaging system. sometimes messages are pre-recorded (macros) , this saves time as you do not have to type messages all the time and messages are sent instantly to sellers

What do you like best about the product?
Zendesk is a very easy professional system to use and navigate as everything is laid out perfectly. We are able to send emails to colleagues and to our customers in a fast convenient way making our day-to-day tasks easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult sometimes to see the work I have done throughout the day. It is easy to navigate the system but I wish we had a counter for the work we have done for the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zendesk sends messages fast and everything is outlined perfectly in a way that you know which feature is where and you do not spend a lot of time doing one thing. everything is structured perfectly so it is easy to navigate and use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is, how it summarises conversations and I like how it easy it allows me to send automated emails, and how easy it is to edit anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it does not allow me to delete emails that have been sent already, since sometimes I have sent wrong emails by mistake or if I have made a spelling error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It summarises conversations and gives me answers to all questions that need staight forward answers too. Especially for documents team.

If there is a system issue it takes some time to pick up the car registration.

Makes life easy on call because you just type in car Registration number then you get all the information of the vehicle.
