onBase is the best content-sharing and collaboration cloud software.
What do you like best about the product?
onBase can easily store all of our files, images, conversation chat and videos. Saving all our documents to the cloud storage is a huge benefit for its users. Important documents and files can easily be shared and stored with also accessed our files at anywhere. It also provide the unlimited storage space options which will allow us to backup all important files.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I upload a documents and files to the onBase software, then I would prefer to make it editable. Sometimes we cannot work directly from the stored files and documents in the onBase software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
onBase is great tool for storage because we can easily manage all of our important documents and files efficiently. This software provide the best quality for uploading the multiply files and also can easily share the multiply files with anyone.

What do you like best about the product?
Perfect software helps to manage workflow engine that allows clicking and pointing configurable workflow that need no custom scripting. Organizing documents become easier by using this software. The interface of the software is well developed just like using the desktop. Flexibility and features that are offered in this product are worthily because it helps me to do my to upload documents directly which makes it more easier and convenient and also much time saver in order to view a lot of documents from different members in just few clicks. Its internal features are very much developed as compare to other managing software that are more costly and also time consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t find any major con in this software only sometime it show slow progress and also there is excess of options on the page that needs a training to operate this software otherwise its perfect for managing documents in any kind of organization where there is a need of managing documents instead of manual recording or using other useless software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best software for content management use for the security of your documents and also provides a centralized location for business content. It is preferable to keep business records and cases in order to have a sound and secure business because it is best place to handle documents capture, documents generation and also a place to keep electronic signatures. Indeed a best place for any organization to keep check on its documents and also to control their information to a certain level and to simplify their tasks with a facility to pursue their innovation. With the help of this software we can convert unstructured data into a structured one that contains numbers, dates and facts in order to improve the data distribution and overall communication in a particular organization and company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Onbase is suggested for those who want management in their business setup to avoid any kind of confusion and to avoid mismanagement in their workplace because its features are well proficient for any kind of worker who is working in a company or a any kind academic organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature included in Outlook. Amazing, I have the option to use a desktop and browser option. I love that it is easy to use and streamlines daily tasks for greater efficiency at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
We switched to Adobe Reader as the default, which solved many, but not all, of the crashing problems, but it causes a huge headache on other platforms where we rely on Adobe Pro to edit, modify, and combine PDF documents. It is somewhat clumsy and can load slowly at times. But once I get used to it, it will be fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time spent on scanning does not even come close to the time spent searching, pulling, and refiling invoices. This allows us to process applications quickly and stay organized. Easy documentation of backup files. It should simplify our committee workflow and still needs to be completed outside of Onbase and uploaded.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product that you will love Easy-to-use document management system I would say this will be great if you know exactly how it works - like if you want to reclassify vouchers, where you should click and which spaces you should place the information in
My experience with onbase
What do you like best about the product?
I have liked using onbase at work. It was pretty easily to learn to use, it only took a couple weeks to get the hang of using on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really my only complaint is that very occasionally I’ll come across a document that won’t load in onbase. It likely has more to do with the way they’re uploaded to onbase than the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onbase is used within my office to access our borrowers’ documents from any location. This allows us to process applications quickly and remain organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have not used an alternative but I would recommend onbase to those considering it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of access of using OnBase for searching, storing, and uploading documents. I have the option of using a desktop and browser option.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how long it takes for the software to load on my desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for storing confidential paperwork and reducing the amount of paper we have lying around our office.
Records and Database
What do you like best about the product?
I do like that you are able to have a person's interactions with your office altogether in one place. It in convenient to be able to see when and how many times they came in or called and who talked to them. It is also nice to be able to open up their record and review the documents all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it takes a long time to load. I also do not like that there is so much on the page for options. All of the options are not very self explanatory so you really need to be trained by someone. I know that is possible but it is just not as convenient..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are having everything for our customers in once place so that we do not need to open up multiple programs. We also can keep statistics of each person and the total amount that we see. It is helpful to have everything in one place and saves time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this because a lot of people do find it helpful (like myself) and they like the product for its fullness (not me completely). It is a handy tool so if someone is exploring they should give it a go. I do not know how much it costs.

I like the feature included in Outlook. It's still fairly new, but it'll be nice to have it readily available.

I'm still getting used to searching, so it's not as easy as I'd like. But, once I get used to it, it'll be fine.

We are being more efficient, because we are not printing and then scanning into a system. We are taking from email, or electronic form and moving it into OnBase.

Make sure to get recommendations from companies using this same system in your area of business, that's what helped us decide.

What do you like best about the product?
More user friendly with Colleague. I like that you are able to email into OnBase rather than having to print, scan, then upload as with previous systems that we have had. Form creation is another good feature. It has allowed us to better track students, wait times, and track counselor statistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not user friendly. The system is difficult to navigate. Finding forms takes a lot of effort to find the student, the documentation that has been uploaded to their account, etc. It is hard to know how to search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency with being able to log scan directly to OnBase

What do you like best about the product?
I like capability of the system to handle a large number of different documents and also to be able to create new documents through the "forms" section.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout is bad and confusing - not intuitive - looks like developmental software, not user-ready

We are using this as out document imaging service as well as using the forms function to keep track of voicemails
